Yes. The calculator uses real calendar dates, so February 29 birthdays are handled correctly and leap-year day counts are accurate.
Some systems count age as 'years completed' (the standard Western way), others as 'years entered' (some East Asian traditions add a year at birth and another at New Year). This calculator uses the Western 'completed years' method.
