Business days are weekdays (Monday–Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays. A regular year has about 261 weekdays, or roughly 250 after the 11 US federal holidays. Enter two dates to count the working days between them.
The 11 US federal holidays are observed by federal employees and most private employers. When a holiday falls on Saturday, it's typically observed on Friday; on Sunday, the following Monday.
